Where will the 2024 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four Berlin take place?

The 2024 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four Berlin, the showcase event of the European basketball season, will take place at the Uber Arena in Berlin, Germany on the 24th and 26th of May 2024.

What is the schedule for the 2024 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four Berlin?

The games will take place on the 24th and 26th May 2024. The Semifinals will be played on Friday, 24th May, commencing at 18.00 CEST, while the Third Place Game and the Championship Game will be held on Sunday, 26th May, starting at 17.00. Be aware the Euroleague Basketball reserves the right to change the date and time of the games. In such case, ticket holders will be informed of the change.

What credit cards or methods of payment are accepted?

Payment by credit or debit card: This method of payment is the main available option for this Event. Tickets can only be purchased by an active credit or debit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and local banks) with the relevant CVC.

Alternatively, customers can also opt to pay with Saferpay which is offered in the ticketing shop.

What type of information will be required, and will my credit card be safe?

After selecting the card of your choice, please enter your card number, expiry date, name of owner and the CVC (three-digit number on the back side of the credit card). SSL encryption for secure credit card payment has been adopted to ensure the confidentiality of your credit or debit card data.  Payment provider is fully PCI DSS 3.2 compliant as a Level 1 Service Provider. This means that from the moment they are entered and transferred on the internet, they cannot be read.

How and when can I print my Tickets?

After you have completed the purchase of tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a reference number that will inform you of when the tickets will be made available to you. You  will be able to download your tickets once the four qualifying teams for the Final Four are known. That is to say that starting from May 14th, 2024 the tickets will be made available to you directly from your Eventim account.

Can I sell my Tickets to a resale ticketing service?

Resale of the Ticket is only permitted through the platform of our Official Marketplace operated by CTS Eventim through the accounts on the same platform where you bought the tickets through www.f4tickets.com. Please be aware that resale will begin some days after the general public sales and you may only put your ticket up for sale for the price you paid for it. This season, we will not allow customers to put their own prices of tickets for the secondary market. The amount of the resold tickets will be paid back by Anschutz Entertainment Group Operations GmbH on behalf of EuroLeague Properties S.A.

Resale or attempted resale or purchase of a ticket via other than our authorized ticket agents are grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or compensation.

What is the children policy?

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Children who have not reached the age of 36 months by 24th May 2024 may enter the Arena without a ticket provided that they are accompanied by an adult, with whom they will share the seat. Children born earlier than 24th May 2021 will not be allowed to enter the Arena without a Ticket. In order to demonstrate the age of the child, their ID or any other proof of age will have to be shown at the entrance.

What are the health and safety regulations to enter the Final Four arena?

The health and safety requirements to enter the Uber Arena will be dictated by the local regulations and may change numerous times until the Final Four. Euroleague Basketball will respect all guides and recommendations provided by the local health regulations. What is the refund policy?

If you cannot or do not wish to attend the event for any reason, you are free to put your tickets on sale through our Official Marketplace. Refunds will not be offered under any circumstance, except for the event being cancelled.

Can I bring a camera to take pictures or shoot videos of the Event?

Standard hand-held cameras and digital cameras up to ten (10) megapixels are allowed into the Arena. Audiovisual equipment with resolution greater than ten (10) megapixels will also be allowed into the Arena. These must not have changeable lenses as these are not permitted. In this case, the identification of the person bringing this equipment together with the equipment details may be requested for informational purposes. Taking photographs for purposes other than personal use is forbidden. Likewise, recording, reproducing and/or transmitting the Event (either before the Event, during its course, breaks or half-time, or after the Event), totally or partially, in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to the transmission through the internet and mobile telephones, is forbidden.

What items are permitted and prohibited to bring into the arena?

What if I purchase my Tickets from an unofficial resale service or broker?

Tickets purchased at non-official platforms will not be considered as valid, and therefore will not grant access to the Event.

What do I need to know before I purchase my Tickets?

Please make sure you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Euroleague Basketball In-Arena Code of Conduct before you purchase your Tickets.

If I need to buy accessible Tickets, whom do I contact?

For accessible Tickets, please contact [email protected]. In any case, for purchasing accessible tickets, you will need to provide documentation proving that you cannot sit in the general seating areas and must be in the accessible seats. An accessible ticket will include one place for the purchaser, and also an additional ticket for the companion/escort.
