Where will the 2025 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four Abu Dhabi take place?

The 2025 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four Abu Dhabi, the showcase event of the European basketball season, will take place at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on the  23rd and 25th of May 2025.

What is the schedule for the 2025 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four Abu Dhabi?

The games will take place on the 23rd and 25th May 2025. The Semifinals will be played on Friday, 23rd May, commencing at 19.00 Local Time (17.00 CEST), while the Third Place Game and the Championship Game will be held on Sunday, 25th May, starting at 18.00 Local Time (16.00 CEST). Be aware the Euroleague Basketball reserves the right to change the date and time of the games. In such case, ticket holders will be informed of the change.

What credit cards or methods of payment are accepted?

Payment by credit or debit card: This method of payment is the main available option for this Event. Tickets can only be purchased by an active credit or debit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and local banks) with the relevant CVC and any other payment method accepted on https://www.etihadarena.ae/en/.

What type of information will be required, and will my credit card be safe?

After selecting the card of your choice, please enter your card number, expiry date, name of owner and the CVC (three-digit number on the back side of the credit card). SSL encryption for secure credit card payment has been adopted to ensure the confidentiality of your credit or debit card data.

How and when can I print my Tickets?

After you have completed the purchase of tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a reference number that will inform you of when the tickets will be made available to you. You will receive your tickets no earlier than May 14, 2025.

Can I sell my Tickets to a resale ticketing service?

Resale of the Ticket for the 2025 Final Four is strictly prohibited due to local legislation in the United Arab Emirates which does not allow resale and secondary marketplaces for events held in the territory. Any Ticket being resold and identified may result cancelled and void.  

What is the children’s policy?

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over. Children who have not reached the age of 36 months by 23rd May 2025 may enter the Arena without a ticket provided that they are accompanied by an adult, with whom they will share the seat. Children born earlier than 23rd May 2022 will not be allowed to enter the Arena without a Ticket. In order to demonstrate the age of the child, their ID or any other proof of age will have to be shown at the entrance.

What are the health and safety regulations to enter the Final Four arena?

The health and safety requirements to enter the Etihad Arena will be dictated by the local regulations and may change numerous times until the Final Four. Euroleague Basketball will respect all guides and recommendations provided by the local health regulations. What is the refund policy?

Refunds will not be offered under any circumstance, except for the event being cancelled.

Can I bring a camera to take pictures or shoot videos of the Event?

Professional photography, audio or video recording are strictly prohibited inside the Arena. Taking photographs for purposes other than personal use is forbidden. Likewise, recording, reproducing and/or transmitting the Event (either before the Event, during its course, breaks or half-time, or after the Event), totally or partially, in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to the transmission through the internet and mobile telephones, is forbidden.

What if I purchase my Tickets from an unofficial resale service or broker?

Tickets purchased at non-official platforms will not be considered as valid, and therefore will not grant access to the Event.
